Pieces like this will require clients to allow us some artistic liberty; particularly with regards to the design of the tassels. We will use client input for them as much as possible but will not execute precise designs.

Please note if you choose to order this piece as a mask headdress combo instead of a stand-alone headdress, the eye holes for this piece are based on generic measurements and tested on several friends to ensure they will accommodate most adults easily. This is a limited visibility mask. Please understand that due to natural variation in human faces and variations in inter- pupillary distance, these masks may not be 100% perfect. This is a mask so your visibility won't be 100%. You will be able to see straight ahead but will have little to no peripheral vision. I can confidently say they fit a generally wide standard deviation, well but I cannot guarantee it will fit 100% of buyers perfectly. This is the nature of all masks.

If you are not able to wait the full duration of the average production time at the time of your order, you will be required to place a rushed order.

Rushed order fees are calculated based on the time we have available to us to work on the piece. This is the span of time from your payment clearance date to the ship out date. Fees vary based on current production times. Rushed order fees will also be impacted by upgrades. If a piece is ordered with paws or body for example, the rushed order fees will also be higher. Rushed order fees usually also require the use of faster shipping services.
